Description
Cirrhopetallum nutans is endemic to the Philippines. This species grows epiphytically, usually at elevations of up 300 metres.
Dr. John Lindley named this species in 1839, in the Botanical Register. The specific epiphet means nodding or hanging and refers to the habit of the flowers.
Growth Habit: upright, sympodial
Flower colour: cream, labellum is bright yellow.
- Plants are offered in 6 cm pot.
- Water frequently in summer, less in winter.
- Fertilize once a month.
