This monopodial, large sized, hot to warm growing, epiphytic species is found on Borneo. Inflorescence with lanceolate bracts has two distinctly different flowers on the same inflorescence.
Flower colours: Basal flowers are strongly fragrant, are yellow with purple spots, with hairs on the outer surface
The apical flowers is yellow with large, maroon blotches with the sepals. The petals are separated and having undulate margins as well as being hairy on the outer surface.
Water: Once a week thoroughly with a low dose of growing fertilizer.
