Description
Professor Oakes Ames and Dr. Eduardo Quisumbing named this variety in 1933, in the Philippine Journal of Science. The varietal epithet honours Mrs. Remedios C. Gonzales, who flowered first the specimen in Manila.
This specie is endemic to the Philippines and it grows as an epiphyte at an elevation of up to 300 metres.
- Offered in a 12 cm pot.
- Water thoroughly once a week with low concentration of fertilizer, Spray regularly in Sommer months.
- Warm growing epiphyte. Bright light but avoid direct to sun exposure.
